All Day? Sort of...

One week removed from Fat Kid and Castro's win in Huntington Beach as All Day, another team came ready to put in a full day's work. 24/7 took down this month's Canes SCBP Open Satellite Tournament, beating previous satellite winners Castro (Day-Quil with Sachi, finished 2nd) & Fat Kid (All Day with T-Bone, finished 7th) in the process.

Other notable results included Mexicali turning their second solid performance of the weekend. Fresh off their Wings Pizza and Things tourney win, MexiCali played their way into the Winner's Bracket final and finished in a respectable 3rd place. The SCBP grudge match of the day actually happened twice when Grady and Trenor (aptly named We're going to Beat Castro) beat Castro & Sachi (Day-Quil) in the second round of the Winner's Bracket. After losing to 24/7, Castro & Sachi got their revenge in the Loser's Bracket, forcing We're going to Beat Castro to settle for 4th place.

The side tournament held some surprises with Tyler's mom putting on a beer pong clinic. Playing with Kim as Not Mother and Daughter, Kathy went on multiple 4+ cup runs, taking down her son (playing with Katie as Cheatin on Meghan) in the process. But in the end, Team Beirut took care of business... and the bartender.
